So far, 2016 has been a banner year for the 25-year-old French producer, Florian Picasso. With 5 releases in the first 4 months, this rapidly rising star has shown a refreshing tenacity in continuing to unleash new tracks at a blistering pace. His last effort 'Kirigami' on Spinnin' Records received an incredible music video, and surpassed 1.3 million plays on YouTube in less than 2 months. Now, Picasso's newest track 'Final Call' is available on Nicky Romero's imprint, Protocol Recordings, and will surely be a hit thanks to Picasso's signature sound.'Final Call' opens with a soothing looped guitar lead, and a pop heavy male vocal, both of which slowly rise into a vibrant drop brimming with scattered synths and punchy percussion. The chords ringing throughout the track are heavily melodic, yet pleasantly familiar, accenting the vocals in a unique manner, and setting up the track for a wildly euphoric drop. This release marks Picasso's return to his fan favorite sound, which many followers will remember originated with his massive Protocol debut 'Origami'. With over 200,000 plays on the 'Final Call' preview alone and massive early supports from David Guetta, Martin Garrix and many more, fans can now listen and purchase the full-length track in its entirety.
Florian Picasso is looking to maintain his insane release schedule with 'Final Call' on Protocol Recordings alongside having been announced to play on the Mainstage of Ultra Korea. The young producer will be touring throughout May and June, navigating his way through Asia, eventually closing his 'Homecoming Tour' in Ho Chi Minh City on June 12th.
