Autolaser and PLS&TY 'Used To This' remix package   Print
Monday, 16 May 2016
PLS&TY builds on his growing reputation as one of the most exciting young producers in Future Bass by releasing an avalanche of remixes for his Autolaser collaboration ‘Used To This’.Featuring a stack of names including Jessie Slayter (OWSLA, Mad Decent, Ultra, Fools Gold), Vices (Moving Castle, Mad Decent, Ultra), Jupe, CRYSTALIZE, SYNTACT, TRAILS and Descender (OWSLA), the entire 11-artist remix package is available now for free download.

Ranging from bouncing D’n’B tinged basslines to gentle chill trap edits to swinging future house and bass cuts, PLS&TY’s selection of remix collaborators speaks volumes about his extensive influence and growing status as a central figurehead across the increasingly popular bass-centric genres.

“Our strategy for the ‘Used To This’ remix pack was simply to engage as many artists and fans as possible, which is why we’ve opened it up to more than 10 selected producers who bring along their diversity in genres and fanbases." PLS&TY said. "It’s amazing to see so many talented artists come onboard, and an even greater feeling to know how excited everyone is about the release.”

PLS&TY may well go down as 2016’s most generous artist. Just days ago he released a swathe of remixes to fans via a collaboration with the official BitTorrent site. With over 163,000 downloads in four days, his reach to fans and music lovers is clear. Now with such a plethora of 'Used To This' remixes on offer, the LA resident looks set to cement his status further.
